The rotation program generally last 18 to 24 months and gives graduate engineers a unique 360° perspective into Dashiell’s booming Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model. Dashiell University is a structured cohort-based training program for newly hired graduate engineers. Graduate engineers participate in a yearlong training program inclusive of Substation Design and Engineering, Transmission Line Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, and Leadership Development. The purpose of the program is to provide hands-on applicable training to supplement university course work. The program is taught by senior leaders in Dashiell, which allows graduate engineers in the program to network and learn from subject matter experts.
The purpose of the Dashiell intern program is to give each intern an opportunity to immerse themselves in the company culture and to gain valuable work experience. During the 11-week intern program, each intern has the opportunity to participate in gatherings such as volunteer and social events, attend lunch and learn programming with senior leaders across the various departments at Dashiell, and work on numerous projects that have a direct impact and connection to company goals. Each intern has a network of colleagues, such as a supervisor and mentor, who help them throughout their summer. At the end of the summer, all interns will present their summer learning to senior leadership in the company.
Most of our internships take place in the summer and the internship program is 11 weeks long.
Currently enrolled university students may apply. Job postings will have specific criteria for each internship opportunity.
We typically post our internship and new graduate hire opportunities in August of each year and recruit in the fall. We recommend applying as soon as possible and visiting us at a career fair or on Handshake.
