Our Engineering group provides superior engineering services in the Industrial, utility, power generation, wind energy and transmission Industries. We have over 45 licensed Professional Engineers with at least one individual PE License covering 44 states. Our professional engineering group includes Electrical and Civil Structural Engineers, Engineering Technicians and Drafting/Designers. Graduate Engineers are required to sit for the PE exam after they complete their required 4 years of work under a professional engineer.
Our Project Management Group leads our efforts in the Engineering Procurement and Construct model. They focus on the overall project delivery, establish priorities, and ensure projects are delivered safely and on time. Our Project Management group includes Project Managers, Construction Managers, Schedulers, Expeditors, Project Controls and Purchasing.
Our Administrative Professionals work together to power the goals for the Dashiell family. From our Accounting group’s meticulous dedication to accuracy, Information Technology’s dedication to end users and Human Resources dedication to employees, we capture the spirit of working as a team to power a successful future.
